During coaching, you determine what we talk about while I manage the process. In other words, you set the objectives and you may want me to hold you accountable for achieving those objectives. Or you may prefer that we brainstorm together, strategize on plans or on getting a better idea of all that you can accomplish.

Please use this form to get started by clarifying some background on what you want to discuss.

Then we’ll dedicate our first session to any questions you have about coaching or me and to getting a clear understanding of what you’d like to achieve through our work. It’s also a no-obligation opportunity for us to get better acquainted and discover if we’re a good fit for coaching.
