How will the coaching engagement be organised? We will start by having a discussion about what you want to get out of the series of sessions.
Coaching is based on a trusting supportive relationship that you steer.
You can rely on a confidential series of meetings. If your company is engaging me as your coach then the fact that sessions are occurring will be communicated but the content of the discussions and action plans will remain private, unless you choose to share them.
In return, you need to be committed to an open frank discussion and active participation. It is also your responsibility to complete tasks and actions you set yourself.
Coaching involves thought and effort on your part. At times it can be challenging. My role is to create a relationship and an environment where you feel comfortable with being challenged.
We will discuss and agree a formal coaching contract before we start a series of sessions.
